Harry Potter

A long tradition was continued last night. Franz and the girls made the midnight treck to the local book store to wait for the Harry Potter release. MaCall was decked out as Rita Skeeter and Eloise a very tired Luna Lovegood. When they got home we all curled up in the living room for an early morning read of the first two chapters. First Eloise fell asleep, then MaCall, followed by me and Franz turned in around 3am!

What a fun tradition - so lucky you can enjoy these things all together(It would give Ella nightmares forever). Good Luck Sharing - last time I had to go buy a second copy because I just couldn't wait for Johnny to give it up! Enjoy!

I just went and bought the book. I can't wait to read it. I will pnly get it when Hunter is at school though. But that's a good 6 hours of reading. I wish!! Well, I'm off to paint. Happy reading!

I tried to play the good husband and get Michele a copy @ midnight. Went to Borders in Pasadena at 11am. There were honestly right around 1,000 there waiting already! It was quite a scene. So Michele said I could bail. I got her a copy @ 7:30am at Vons. No mob scene. Sound's like you guys had fun. What store did you go to?

We have a little children's book shop here in Blue Jay. There were about 20 people there. So no BIG scene. Just right. Franz has completed the book and is dying to talk to someone about it. If Michele is done have her call him at 408.847.0615 - his mom's.

How fun! I can't wait to read the book. MaCall looked so cute, even though I can't stand Rita!
