Elias turned three and we had the privilege of sharing the yummy cake!

Franz had the opportunity to act like a kid - his favorite thing.

Elias was pretty hip on this helicopter that Franz picked out. I wanted to give him a book. What do I know?

Eloise had costume fittings for the Nutcracker. She is a creature of comfort and none of the dresses made her happy.

MaCall took this amazing photo of the sunset over Lake Gregory. Nap time anyone?

Wonderful photo, MaCall! I think the purple dress is enhanced by the lime green crocs, but I am on Eloise's side; comfort comes first. The helicopter looks fun...Megan got me one last Christmas, but I have been afraid to fly it for fear of crashing it. The remote control device has too many toggles and buttons, and if you've seen me "gaming" then you know how inept I can be.
THis one just had a pull string. Sometimes it is better to go simple. They still got it caught in a tree though!
Franz you are looking so dapper and thin! you're making me jealous I better step up my game!
We got Hunter an expensive remote controlled helicopter one year for Christmas and it was broken the same day...
I love the sunset photo too, impressive.
I also love your backgrounds. Where do you find the cute paper?
Callie,
The papers come from http://www.leeloublogs.blogspot.com/
They have easy instructions to follow.
What a beautiful cake. Inspiring some thought about Sven's 2nd birthday. Anything to do with cars/trucks/trains/planes/fire trucks will suffice...I'll have to look at some designs!
I'm totally with MaCall on the dress issue. Sven has the same colored crocs and loves them! They make the outfit. And great photo, MaCall!
We're so glad you came! Great photo MaCall.
