Yesterday we went down the mountain early to get some chores done and for MaCall to audition for the San Bernardino County Honor Orchestra. She felt good about two parts but the third part - cold sight seeing - she did not feel as good about. I tell her the more you audition the easier it will get! Proud of her for trying. We will see...
Heidi and the kids met us in Redlands for some park time and dinner. Of course I forgot to charge my camera battery, so these are some of the few pictures I could get. I like them though.
Today of course Super Bowl day - Heidi and the kids came up here. The kids were in an out of doors. Heidi brought all the fabric etc. to make Valentines banners, only to find that the foot on her sewing machine was missing - so had to pack it all up. The Super Bowl is still going - the missionaries just happened to come by (ha ha) and are still on the futon with Franz watching. They like Franz and his "relaxed" rules. No TV for missionaries.
Anyhow, that is about it for now. Oh, MaCall got 100% on her Biology final and Eloise was awarded Gold Honor Roll. Good kids!
Later,
Serena

Good pictures, as always. Good for MaCall, for auditioning! I'm rooting for her.
That photo of Franz looks professional-you should paint it. What are Valentines banners like? I guess I need a sewing machine. We had to watch the Super Bowl too-with Dad hooting and hollering at the tv!
Good job to MaCall and Eloise! Sounds like you had a nice weekend. I like your photos.
