Party in Progress - will we survive?
Party in Progress! Will we survive? I have to say that the conversation among freshman girls is quite different than last year... so far we have discussed "hotties"and which girls at school are pregnant and by whom, who's on drugs and I have learned what a "hooch" is. Do you know? Eloise says "mom, they giggle way too much. I'm getting a head ache. My friends and I have serious discussions". Franz has retreated to the back yard - is weeding and spreading mulch. We have had pizza and salad, are now watching Twilight and will later have angel food cake with strawberries and cream. I'll let you know if we survive 14!

I can't believe MaCall is 14! Happy Birthday! I remember that being such a fun, important age.
Hope the rest of you survived!
Hooch=slut. Or am I missing the younger generation's definition?
Good luck! Here's hoping you all survive. If you're watching "Twilight", you may need extensive therapy.
Happy Birthday MaCall! Wow, 14-I was a total brat at that age-so you can be thankful she isn't ;-) I think I grew out of that phase by my junior year? You can ask my mom. It's all about the friends, guys and your social status at this age.
hi christie
that was from me eloise
Hahaha. Sounds like an eye-opener. :)
Nikki, You are laying yourself wide open for that one!
MaCall is for the most part not a brat, but she has her moments, like all kids. We are very grateful!
Looks like fun! (for MaCall) It's good to broaden your vocabulary, right? There are freshman girls that are pregnant??? Doing drugs??? wow...did I block all that out? Or maybe I wasn't cool enough to be "in the know" when I was 14. (I'm pretty sure that's it - I wasn't cool).
I'm so glad no one took a picture of my rear end!
Happy Belated Birthday MaCall! I'm glad you are having so much fun being a teenager! That is how it should be! Come see us again sometime and WE can watch Twilight together!
