Our friend Nick Arber passed his viva today and is now Dr Nicholas Arber! He will received his diploma from the University of East Anglia, famous for it's ziggurats and it's other illustrious graduates including, Dr Franz Potter, and authors; Ian McEwan, Kazuo Ishiguro, Rose Tremain, Clive Sinclair . Above we see Nick looking somewhat bemused - the English understated show of emotion...
