Anyone who has been to our house knows we love Vintage Stuff! Now that our tree is up, and does look lovely, I just can't help but think it needs more beads. I love vintage Mercury glass bead garland. I have a strand from my grandmother that just fit the top of the tree. I thought I'd just check e-bay to see if by chance they had any. They do! The question is why is the good stuff always from someplace like Pennsylvania? Oh, but should I bid on them when really I should be focusing on others...and our lack of spending money...They are pretty though aren't they...Thursday, 6 December 2007

they look just like something you would have. they look beautiful.
They went for $31 $7 shipping. I was outbid. Just could not do over $15. I'll try for a single strand - cheaper. That was a good deal though, even for $31.

I never think of checking ebay for stuff I'm looking for! I'm sure you'll find some great beads somewhere else!
