Today we went down to Redland's for MaCall's violin lesson. It went really well and again we had a chance to learn more about Pavel. He was telling us about his childhood in Slovakia - how at the age of 16 he was supporting his family by playing saxophone in bars from ten at night till four int he morning. After work he would have to go stand in meat lines or bread lines till his mother could come change places with him. I think it is so important to collect different experiences and perspectives on life. It teaches me that there is no one right way and wrong way to do things. We all develop our ideologies based on our experiences.
We also had a chance to buy two large bags of oranges, some cherries and strawberries from some Latinos in the Home Depot parking lot. They are yummy and saved us money. Like that.
Okay, off to make dinner.
Next on Potter Paraphernalia:
MaCall excels at wii hoolahoop.
Franz explains his proposal.
Eloise sings solo in school play.
Serena gets to work (I hope).

I excel at hoolahoop? I think it's spelled hula hoop. I'm better at hula hooping with a hula hoop. It's hard without.
Will there be a photo of hula hooping without a hula hoop? Not even sure how you would do that, so I'm impressed!
Mike and I love to go to the AHL (minor league hockey) games in Syracuse. We get free tickets a lot but the kids are too little and we don't have money for babysitters very often....so mostly Mike goes with his friends. But we always have fun when we go! Glad you had fun.
Ice hockey is up there with soccer as one of my favorite sports to watch. It brings out my bloodlust, what can I say? :)
