Do you ever wonder why life doesn't work out like an episode of Father Knows Best? Everything looked so much cleaner in Black and White. I don't think they had crumbs on the kitchen floor, or dust in the corners, lint on the bathroom floor. I don't think they worried about home values or jobs lost, just family values and new twin set sweaters. I don't think they did nearly as much driving as we do. I seem to think black and white kids (TV kids) walked to school, violin lessons and primary activities. I know the girls on 1950's TV let their mothers brush their hair. Look at those perfect dos! Dad's always had big no stress smiles on their faces. Mom's always looked dressed for luncheon with the girls - never an ounce of fat on their thighs...What a life. I think I'd better check netflix for some Father Knows Best.

Life in 1950's television

I'll live in the 1950's any day...just say the word!
I regret that we won't be able to make it to Franz's party. Julio has a mandatory work day that day-"training". We wish we could be there!
