Eloise turns 9!
Happy Birthday Eloise! We started the day as we do every year, Eloise bringing her gifts into our room to open on our bed. This year was a little different in that rather than wanting dolls she wanted everything pop star. Her Grandad Clancy gave her a digital recorder so she can record the many songs she writes and sings behind her bedroom door. We had a nice party - butterfly theme with two friends from church/school, Addy, Elias and Michele. It was a lot of fun. We even played Claudia's matching game!

Yikes, I thought El's birthday was tomorrow, and I was going to call! I feel stupid now. Happy Birthday, Eloise!!
seriously, it looks like this party should be in magazine. beautiful Serena! Hope Eloise had a great day. We love her and are sorry we couldn't make it. I am so glad you guys are close enough now to get together often. Let's start planning our weekend here.
