Last night we all hunkered down on the futon, with a fire in the fireplace and watched Monster House. We also made smoores. Fattening but yummy. Today it is raining like cats and dogs. We have our first real opportunity to see where the puddles are forming in the yard. All looks good, our sunken patio will make for great swimming soon. We were supposed to go to a temple sealing today in Redlands but alas the car would not start. We covered it with a tarp last night in hopes that keeping it dry would help. Nope. So stranded for the day. Have the fire going. I may get some painting done. I did get three of four portraits done this week - have had more energy the past few days. I'll post them on my site.Happy drippy Saturday!

sounds wonderfully cozy! can't wait to see the paintings. I am stippling the quilt next week, as long as a smaller lap quilt for you too! I am so excited to see all the finished porducts!
Our Jetta used to hate the cold too - I am trying to recal the reason. If we can remember i will let you know!
