Must see documentary for every American (unless you drive a Hummer - you are beyond hope)

Wow, this was a very educational documentary. Once again it confirms that our country is run by big industry for profit, not for the best interest of the Nation. However, we can make a difference by making the right choices. Available through Net Flix. Please, watch it!

I'd love an electric car--do they make vans? I just need the room for kids.

I'm not sure how many seats there are, but toyota now has the Highlander as a hybrid and I know it is bigger than the others.

i saw this over a couple of nights, it was on a free showtime preview.

Interesting to say the least, but i wonder if an electric car is really the much of an enviromental difference, after all, not much was mentioned on how the electricity that was used to power the cars was generated. Nevertheless, we do need some alterenatives to gas vehicles.

I did see an ad recently for a new Chevy electric vehicle. Chevy is a GM company. The car is call the Chevy Volt at it looks great, unlike the EV-1. (see http://www.chevrolet.com/electriccar/) It just hope that GM did learn its lesson and realize if an American manufacturer does not fill that market, someone else will, ie japan, germany, etc.
