Woo Hoo! I Did it! and Thanksgiving Report

I did it! I finally sat down and figured out how to do this whole blog design thing. Oh sure, I'm still a beginner, but I got this far! Thanks Heidi for the instructions and thanks to Shabby Princess for the paper.

Thanksgiving! Clancy and Megan came to visit this week. Here you see Franz and his Dad. Aren't they cute? We had a great week - too much eating though! Clancy spent time updating our computer, Megan taught MaCall and Franz how to play guitar - not to mention brought her wii so was a favorite with all the cousins - and both spent time showing us how to properly record sound - music, podcasts etc. Our Zitttaw Pod casts will be professional now! Megan is nearing the end of an engineering degree and as MaCall says "Megan is so smart she scares me!".
We had Thanksgiving dinner at Heidi and Darin's. As you can see our pie selection was very good. We lots of great food - Heidi's pretzel salad a favourite - look to her blog for recipe.
The cousins enjoyed a game of football with Franz, Darin and Megan - later relaxed reading books Clancy and Megan brought. Here are MaCall and cousin Hunter - same age.
Black Friday we went to Big Bear. It was freezing! But a good day none the less. Here Franz, Megan and Eloise become a totem pole.
Saturday we met the Jackman's in Orange County. Here we are at the back bay - by Franz's Granddad's house. We had In-n-Out and played in the rock pools at Big Corona Beach. Nice day.
Tomorrow starts the run up to Christmas and my birthday. We will skip the number. Eloise has three after school activities tomorrow for a start. As things were canceled due to evacuations we are now making up for it!
