More treats

This time of year I think about my Grandma - one who liked good things - and who died before Christmas. Today I will make her favourite Rocky Road Fudge.

1 12oz package of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 14 oz can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbs butter
2 Cups dry roasted peanuts or other nuts chopped
1 10 1/2 oz package of mini marshmallows

Place chocolate, milk, and butter in the top of a double boiler - bring water to a boil - in boiler- then reduce heat till all chips are melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and marshmallows, spread in buttered baking pan. Chill 2 hours. Cut in squares - keep refrigerated for a bout 4 days.
