Okay, if anything lends itself to recommending this adaptation it is that it was written by Andrew Davies, whom we all know did the Pride and Prejudice with Colin Firth (yum). I have high expectations. If you have not looked at the Masterpiece Theater program for this spring, you should. There are great shows every Sunday through April. There is a new adaptation of Room with a View - a favorite of Franz's. There is also a Kipling adaption with Daniel Radcliffe. Then a new show with Judi Dench.
