We had a great day with the Hunters today. We decided to go up to the Children's Forest and Keller's Peak Fire Tour Look Out. The view was amazing! It is the oldest tower in the San Bernardino Mountains - built in the 20's so has some pretty scary steps to climb up. Good job MaCall who does not like heights!

Here is a view from the tower looking toward LA

This is inside the tower with the ranger - who really enjoyed talking with Elias.

Mason was in great form today as well!

Eloise had her grumpy moments - my head hurts, I want to go home etc.

It went away as we explored the children's forest - amazing place. Here Addi says "I think it is a rock", Eloise says "I'm not sure", but MaCall says "yep, it's a rock."

This rock looked like a skull.

The Hunters pause for a photo.

Group Rock Shot. Sorry about the small size. I did not realise someone had re-set the size on the photo upload...MaCall....
Next time you come to the mountains we will take you to this beautiful place! Thanks for the play time Hunter Family! Thank you Addi for spending a few days with us.

gorgeous photos... sounds like you had fun. I can't wait to see if you paint any of the scenery:)
That stroller picture of Mason is DARLING and looks like a painting Serena!! Looks like a beautiful day!
Yeah MaCall! Hope to see you soon.
You guys are so good at blogging. We're still processing our day and trying to wake up. Love the pictures.
Looks like a fun and beautiful place. About Thanksgiving-we will have to see if we can afford it. Also, need to find a place to stay. We'd like to though.
