It is a beautiful autumn day in the mountains - beautiful in that it is wet and windy and the air smells so good! I love the pine and cedar aromas. No long lines for voting in Crestline - about five people ahead of us.

I submitted my early ballot last week. Today is one of the days that I love America best.
we did! I just wish I had someone to take a cute picture of me after. Love the hat!
We mailed ours 2 weeks ago.
We asked another voter to take our picture. When we got to our respective cars and he saw our bumper stickers he called back "now I'm really glad I took your picture!".
I've been getting out the vote for Obama - here at home with the online call lists. Those folks in Ohio are nice and friendly, and most have voted.
We did too! I didn't even think about a cute photo...but we did go together. I'm proud to say my husband voted today, for the first time in his 34 years on this earth. Go Obama!

Congrats Us! YES WE DID!! Whoo Hoo! I've been doing leaps around my house for the past 24 hours.
2 items of business:
1. My brand new computer died so I need all new contact information for you guys, including email.
2. I'm hosting Thanksgiving this year, so if you find yourselves inclined to drive for a feast, I've got places at my table for you guys. And I cook a MEAN Thanksgiving feast.
Great photo! I was so bummed when my sticker fell off later in the day. I wanted to wear it all week.
